Kerff-Ink Illustration

It's been a while since I've really looked intently at this artist but there's never been a doubt about my admiration of his work, Yoshitaka Amano for those who don't see who I'm trying to draw here, has been the character and setting designer for most of the Final Fantasy games. He's also the creator of Vampire Hunter D. He's a prolific artist who started very young and has become a figure head in the Japanese art community as well as worldwide. His elegant brush strokes and use of patten remind me of the master Gustav Klimt and the inclusion of that style and attention to video game character makes him a very important figure to myself as a young artist and frankly as a lover of old jrpgs.
